Shipment processing time

All orders placed before 1 pm GMT-4 are processed the same day, Monday - Friday, and are shipped from Florida US. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping on orders over $50

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Please note: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

No Lippage is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to orders shipped to the United States. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us via email at sales@no-lippage.com to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Requests are to be submitted via email to sales@no-lippage.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  You (the customer) will be responsible for all shipping costs related to your return (including customs, duties, and taxes, if applicable). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note, the original shipping cost is not refundable.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of North America.
